Vendor Accessibility Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the myHousing, erezlife or maintenance request software due to a disability, please contact us, Housing and Residence Life, at housing@unf.edu.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  1. The page or screen where the issue occurred
  2. A brief description of the accessibility barrier encountered
  3. Any relevant details that may help us understand the issue (for example, assistive technology used)
  4. Your contact information if you would like to be contacted regarding this issue

Accessibility reports will be reviewed, and the user will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
